Service Description
Training during pregnancy can be confusing. Figuring out what exercises are safe and how to adapt them to meet your needs can be frustrating. Feedback such as ‘don’t do too much’ and ‘listen to your body’ are vague guidelines that can mean different things depending on your exercise history and pregnancy symptoms. These classes are designed to take away the guess work and safely keep you active whilst educating you on the importance of managing your core and pelvic floor integrity throughout your pregnancy. Benefit from a training program that will help keep you moving whilst making the right adjustments to support your body as it evolves. Renewable packs of 5 sessions are available to be booked upon purchase. As pregnancy is unpredictable, cancelation of a class possible up to 24hrs beforehand.
